This specialized diagnostic evaluation with specific focus on ADHD includes the initial evaluation, multiple diagnostic tests and scales, a written evaluation report, and a follow-up appointment to review the results and discuss next steps.

Direct Pay
Balanced Innovative Care is a direct pay (self pay) practice. We do not accept any insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare; however, our fee schedule is simple with no hidden costs. Patients pay out of pocket for the appointment. We provide them with a superbill (medical receipt) that they can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. While most private insurance companies reimburse 50-80% of the out-of-network cost to the patient, it is best to check directly with your insurance company to find out what will be covered. We're a registered provider with "Reimbursify" so patients can use their app to streamline this reimbursement process.
What is included in the cost?
For Autism/ADHD evaluations and one-time consultations (second opinion), cost of the evaluation includes:

An initial appointment for a diagnostic interview, testing, and gathering information.

No Hidden Fees
We do not charge any additional administrative fees. Patients and families are able to contact their provider directly at any time through our secure patient portal at no extra cost. This includes:

Direct communication with providers.

Requesting medication refills.

Sending and receiving forms to be filled and signed.

Scheduling appointments online.

Requesting itemized superbills (receipts) at any time for reimbursement from the insurance company.
