Adult & Child
This specialized diagnostic evaluation with specific focus on ADHD includes the initial evaluation, multiple diagnostic tests and scales, a written evaluation report, and a follow-up appointment to review the results and discuss next steps.
This first appointment is to establish long-term ongoing care with medication management for patients ages 4-25 only. This does not include specialized diagnostic evaluations like ADHD and Autism evaluations. Not all patients will require medication management. If it is determined after the first appointment that our practice is a good fit for the patient, we will initiate ongoing care.
One-time consultation as a second opinion to review current diagnoses, treatments, and/or medications. It includes the initial 60 minute evaluation, multiple diagnostic tests and scales, a written evaluation report, and a 30 minute follow-up appointment to review the results and discuss next steps. This does not include specialized diagnostic evaluations like ADHD and Autism evaluations.
Balanced Innovative Care is a direct pay (self pay) practice. We do not accept any insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or Tricare; however, our fee schedule is simple with no hidden costs. Patients pay out of pocket for the appointment. We provide them with a superbill (medical receipt) that they can submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. While most private insurance companies reimburse 50-80% of the out-of-network cost to the patient, it is best to check directly with your insurance company to find out what will be covered. We're a registered provider with "Reimbursify" so patients can use their app to streamline this reimbursement process.
